Alberto Moraleda was born in 1977 in Sevilla, Spain. He studied in “Nestor Almendros Instutite” for media and broadcast. In 2002 he start working editing as freelance, after he learn “Avid” in “Lz Productions” in Sevilla. That year he moved to Barcelona where he start practicing in “Service Vision” one of the biggest and most important rental camera service in Spain.
Since then he has been working as clapper loader and first assistant camera for commercials and movies , working with some of the best directors/directors of photography like Lance Accord, Cristopher Doyle and Albert Kodagolian.
These years he has been looking for his own way, meanwhile he worked for others, learn editing, photography and methods of filming. Now he has finished his first work as director , the short film “The crazy story born of a lie”(2007) that was filmed in August 2006, but had a lot of problems to finish it. So last month he has finished two more jobs, a videoart “El Retraso”(The Delay) and one documentary “Que t´an contao”(What did they tell you) talking about life in the south of Spain, like his first short film.
