Ottó Tolnai is one of the most original artists of the contemporary Hungarian literature. As an extrardinary guide, the film takes his viewers to those worlds where his works spring from: to Ó-Kanizsa, the ranch, the Adrian sea, Szabadka, Palics, and to his home, Homokvár. We get acquainted with the weird characters of these worlds, the old cheese-man from Ludas, the people from the ranch, the Casanova of Kanizsa, the porcelain collector, the neighbours in Palics. This unusual portrait reveals the backgrounds of his poetry, it is a unique introduction/supplement to his work.
