András Berecz has been working for years on the translation of tsuvas songs from which he compiled a concert.

All the Tsuvas people, men and women, children and pregnant mothers, drink home made beer in different variations. On the festive board, the giant (15-20 l) beer mug with the ladles hanging on its side is one of the most beautiful piece of art of Tsuvas folk art. It is impossible to use it alone, we need friends to use it. It often happens that Tsuvas people sing all night long about their relatives. They have uncountable metaphores on the cousinly solidarity.

The anciant Tsuvas lyrics transmit important messages for today’s people as well.
